Safety: Iowa Lakes Electric Cooperative's corporate goal is to provide a safe work environment while constructing and maintaining its utility plant in accordance with sound engineering practices, complete each year without a lost time work accident, and maintain a worker's compensation experience modification factor of .90 or less.
Competitive Pricing: Iowa Lakes Electric Cooperative's corporate goal is to maintain our price for energy within 20 percent of the Iowa investor-owned utilities' average rates.
Service Reliability: Iowa Lakes Electric Cooperative's corporate goal is to limit our total outages to an average of 1.5 hours (90 minutes) or fewer per consumer per year.
Economic and Community Development: Iowa Lakes Electric Cooperative's corporate goal is to establish and maintain a strong, active and engaged economic and community development program for Northwest Iowa.
Sales Growth: Iowa Lakes Electric Cooperative’s corporate goal is to increase the Cooperative's total kilowatt-hour sales by two percent annually.
Environmental Responsibility: Iowa Lakes Electric Cooperative's corporate goal is to promote to our member-owners, employee team, general public and policymakers energy efficiency practices and renewable energy resources that are reliable, technically feasible and cost effective.
Customer Relations: Iowa Lakes Electric Cooperative’s corporate goals are to establish and maintain a strong and successful customer relationship program and attain an annual American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) score of 85 or greater (which shall always be greater than the Touchstone Energy national average).
Corporate Citizenship: Iowa Lakes Electric Cooperative's corporate goal is to strongly encourage all employees and directors to be an active part of the community in which they live and work by contributing a combined minimum of 3,500 hours per year to local civic, government or volunteer groups while supporting programs through budgeted expenditures and Operation Round Up.
