We have many different options to pay your electric bill. Find the option that works best for you!

Drop Off at ILEC Headquarters
Member-owners may drop off their payment in the Cooperative's drop box at any time of day or payments can be made in person during office hours at the headquarters in Estherville, Iowa.
Office hours: Mon-Fri, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Postal Mail
Pay bill through postal mail via the U.S. Post Office.

SmartHub Payment Center
The SmartHub Payment Center allows you to access your electric information online and pay your bill 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Automated Payment (ACH)
For a hassle-free, no-fee method of payment, sign up for Automated Payment (ACH). Payment is automatically deducted from your bank account on the 20th of each month.
