Drop Off at ILEC Headquarters
Our lobby is closed to limit the potential spread of COVID-19. Member-owners may drop off their payment in the Cooperative's drop box at any time of day at the headquarters in Estherville, Iowa.
Employees are available to assist members over the phone during office hours: Mon-Fri, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. If you need assistance, please call 800-225-4532.

SmartHub Payment Center
The SmartHub Payment Center allows you to access your electric information online and pay your bill 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Automated Payment (ACH)
For a hassle-free, no-fee method of payment, sign up for Automated Payment (ACH). Payment is automatically deducted from your bank account on the 20th of each month.
