New Construction/Service Upgrade

Planning a new build or needing service installed or upgraded? Use this form to request electric service for new construction or major service upgrades.

1. Call Iowa Lakes Electric Cooperative to set up a new account or transfer service.

​

2. Fill out the New Service Form below. You may also obtain this form by calling Iowa Lakes Electric Cooperative at 800-225-4532.

3. After the completed form is received, a work order will be created, and an Energy Advisor will be in contact with the member.
